As the creative director of Official CakesbyRay, I’m passionate about crafting breathtaking luxury cakes for every occasion. Born in Limbe, Cameroon, to an Igbo family from Umuehieoch Agbahara Nsu, Ehime-Mbano LGA, Imo State, I’ve overcome challenges to pursue my dreams.
My Journey
After losing my father at a young age, I relocated to Owerri, Imo State, to support my family. My love for creativity led me to register at Modish Bridal and Event in 2018, where I honed my cake-making skills under the mentorship of Remix Flavor, Port Harcourt. I furthered my expertise with advanced sugar flower training at Commy Cake Tools, Port Harcourt.
Achievements
As a member of the International Cake Exploration Society (ICES) Nigeria, I’ve achieved numerous milestones, including:
- Tutoring over 500 students across Nigeria and beyond
- First runner-up at the Ancient City Advanced Wedding Cake Competition, Benin City (2023)
- First runner-up at the Lekki International Exhibition, Master Dream Wedding Cake Competition, Awka (2025), winning a ₦1 Million Naira grand prize.
